We believe our unique strength derives from a combination of our in-depth experience of supporting professionals and parents to safeguard and promote children's welfare, together with a sound understanding of project management, current management thinking and business tools.

Hannan Consultancy Limited (HCL) was formed in June 2000 by Heather Hannan. Since this time HCL has worked with a wide range of organisations from the statutory, voluntary and independent sectors.

HCL also draw on a small team of selected Associates who work on behalf of the company to deliver specialist skills and services in the following areas: Management Consultancy; Action Research; Leadership Training; Professional Development and Training.

In addition HCL also has a network of individuals who can provide expertise in the field of Disability, Speech and Language Therapy and Play Work.

Since this time HCL has worked with a wide range of clients from the statutory, commercial, voluntary and independent sectors.
