Heather Hannan founded HCL in 2000. As director of her own consultancy business for the last 8 years Heather brings extensive experience of securing initial Business Development opportunities, leading Client Relationship Management, identifying and securing Strategic Partnerships and delivering sustainable Business growth for both her own business and for major clients such as Deloitte Corporate Finance and Deloitte Public Sector Consulting, including specific experience of International Education Projects.   

Heather has an astute understanding and direct experience Programme and Project Management supporting the delivery of integrated children's services through Children's Trusts, the Every Child Matters framework for change and Education Reform. Heather has provided consultancy support to Deloitte Corporate Finance, Deloitte Public Sector Consulting, KPMG Government Advisory Department, Local Authorities, London Boroughs, Barnardos and the NSPCC. In addition Heather brings 12 years of professional experience, a deep understanding of the legal context, operational management and delivery of Government and Public Sector services, with in-depth experience in Education and Children's Services. Heather has contributed to National & International Conferences on Education and has published material on safeguarding children for the NSPCC, Open University and the Department of Health.

• BA Hons (First Class): University of Ulster Belfast N Ireland
• Diploma in Law & Child Protection: King's College & London School of Economics.
• Prince 2 (OGC accredited Tool for Project Management)
• MBA International Management: Royal Holloway College London University (Current).
