HCL helps senior management teams involved in school organisation, administration and school leadership to ensure that the right information and resources are available to them when they need it across key areas such as, whole school and curriculum issues, professional development and access to management tools. Hannan Consultancy Ltd. (HCL) services are designed to help maximise the Head's visibility of pupils' experience of education across the whole school community, with regards to all aspects of safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Equipped with improved visibility, HCL supports Head's to lead by example and effectively manage their educational setting to deliver better protection and improved safeguarding for all pupils.
